As President of The Truss Group, I pride myself on an unwavering attention to detail, and an emphasis on trust, expertise, loyalty, and professionalism. Since 2002, I've been an expert NYC real estate broker in the 75-acre, Riverside Boulevard development on Manhattan's Upper West Side. In addition, since 2007, the robust real estate growth in NY's beautiful Hudson River Valley has been a strong focus of mine. I had the opportunity to purchase a wonderful property in Hudson, NY, with gorgeous views of the river valley and the Catskill Mountains, and have been both captivated by and heavily involved in Hudson River Valley real estate ever since. Aviation is also a passion of mine, and I love flying in this beautiful Hudson River valley as often as I can. As a licensed private pilot with my additional Part 107 drone certification, I am also now utilizing drone photography and videos to ensure my clients' listings stand out from the competition. Real estate finance is also one of my strengths. I have a thorough understanding of the many different types of mortgage products available, from straightforward 30-year fixed loans to the wide variety of ARM products, to creating customized seller-financing arrangements. I purchased my first Manhattan apartment in 1997, and as a NY real estate broker since 2002, have negotiated literally hundreds of sale and rental deals for my satisfied clients. Prior to my involvement with the Riverside Boulevard development, I lived on West 72nd in a co-op where I served as President of the Board for several years. An alum of Middlebury College in Vermont, I've been a proud New Yorker since 1997, splitting my time between NYC and upstate.
